About Our Ambur Goat Biryani
Ambur biryani comes from the town of Ambur in Tamil Nadu and has a distinct, earthy character. At Raja Chettinad, we cook basmati rice with goat chukka (slow-cooked, well-spiced goat) and our own Ambur-style biryani masala, so the rice is rich with the flavour of the meat.
